1. When purchasing regular store items together with pre-order items in a single order, all products will be shipped within the timeframe established for pre-order deliveries.
2. The Trench Cossacks pre-order starts on 24.11.2025 and will run until 30.12.2025.
3. Shipping of Trench Cossacks pre-orders will begin on 2.02.2026 in the order in which they were placed.
4. If during the pre-order period you purchase additional items in a separate order, they will be treated as a separate shipment and will not be combined, due to high workload and to avoid confusion or mistakes.
5. The pre-order launches with a 40% Early Bird discount. This discount will be active until 07.12.2025 inclusive. Starting from 08.12.2025, the pre-order discount will be 25%.
6. You will receive exactly the models and configurations displayed in the pre-order listings.
